Yes. All FIDES partner clinics provide discharge summaries, lab reports, and imaging reports in English (or in Russian on request). FIDES can also arrange certified translations into other languages if required.
Yes. If your medical treatment requires a longer stay, FIDES assists you in obtaining a visa extension through the Uzbekistan Ministry of Internal Affairs. A letter from your treating physician is usually sufficient to support the application.
